Dr. Rosina L. Racioppi
PRESIDENT AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Dr. Rosina Racioppi leads strategic initiatives to help Fortune 1000 companies build strong pipelines of diverse, high-potential leaders. With over 25 years of experience in organizational development, human resources, and executive leadership, she brings deep expertise to every partner engagement. Before joining AscentPoint Leadership, she held executive HR roles at Degussa Corporation, Nextran (a division of Baxter), and Beechwood Data Systems. She holds a doctorate and master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania, where her research focused on mid-career mentoring for women, and a bachelor's from Michigan State. A frequent contributor to leading business publications and a recognized voice in leadership development, Rosina also serves on the Advisory Council of the Women Business Collaborative and is an active member of the Reimagining Talent, Learning & Development Congress.
Nina M. Dougar
Chief Financial Officer
Nina Dougar brings decades of financial expertise to guide the company’s strategic growth and profitability. She oversees all financial operations, ensuring alignment with the organization’s long-term objectives. Before co-founding her own firm, Nina M. Dougar, Certified Public Accountants, in 1996, she was the first and only female partner at Charles Hecht and Company, a prestigious New York accounting firm. A magna cum laude graduate of Pace University and a licensed CPA, Nina is an active member of several professional associations.
Amy Gonzales
Vice President, Global Learning and Development
Amy Gonzales leads the design and delivery of programs that align with corporate partner strategies to advance leaders worldwide. Previously, she helped expand the organization’s national presence as Director of the Western Region. With leadership roles at companies like Hewlett-Packard and Tandem Computers, Amy brings real-world experience to every engagement. She has coached thousands of leaders across the U.S., Europe, and Asia, and her research on the glass ceiling and career advancement has been featured in Working Woman and Business Week. Her contributions to workplace equity were also honored by Lifetime Television for Women.
Charissa Gant
LEAD Program Coach
Charissa Gant is the Founder and President of Gant Communications and Consulting, with over 25 years of experience leading individuals and teams through change. A certified ADKAR Change Management practitioner, she’s passionate about helping people adapt, grow, and thrive. She spent more than two decades at Cisco Systems building and leading internal communications teams, followed by consulting work with several Fortune 500 companies. A proud alumnus of the LEAD Program, Charissa has served as a panelist and mentor for both IMpower and LEAD, and now brings her insight and energy to AscentPoint as a Program Coach.
Cathleen Rongione
LEAD Program Coach
Cathy Rongione brings over 25 years of human resources experience to her role, having led talent strategy and leadership development in global organizations across the pharmaceutical, consumer goods, and financial services industries. She has coached hundreds of leaders and successfully navigated mergers and acquisitions. She’s passionate about strategic talent development and community engagement, having contributed to school district planning and leadership assessment initiatives for the Catholic Church. Cathy holds a BA from Emmanuel College, has studied at Suffolk University, and is certified in business coaching, change management, and various leadership tools.
Crista Salvatore
LEAD Program Coach
Crista Salvatore is a leadership coach with deep expertise in helping executives and high-potential talent tap into their authentic style and lead with confidence. With over 10 years in talent and organizational development, she brings practical strategies that boost performance and expand influence. Crista’s intuitive approach fosters strong self-awareness and emotional intelligence, guiding clients to lead more intentionally and with greater impact. She holds a degree in Sociology from Providence College and has completed advanced studies in organizational development and coaching at Columbia University and Baruch College.
Dr. Laticia Thompson
LEAD Program Coach
Dr. Laticia “Tish” Thompson is the dynamic force behind Legacy Blueprint, a consulting firm that helps organizations build productive and people-centered cultures. Known for creating learning experiences that are fun, thought-provoking, and deeply human, Tish brings a no-nonsense approach to leadership. She holds a Master’s in Management and Organizational Behavior, is pursuing a PhD in Business Psychology, and is certified in Crucial Conversations, among many others. A best-selling author of I Am Not My Hair and a TEDxNaperville speaker, Tish is passionate about working with mission-driven companies that know the power of people.
